RETURN POLICY

- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY -

All Returns must be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION before being sent back. Return notification must be made within

9 days after shipment is first received. No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization.

To process a return, follow these easy steps:

Product must be returned in original packaging, making sure the

product is in 100% resellable condition in order to receive credit on

product only.

Please be sure product is sufficiently packed inside exterior box to

avoid shipping damage.

Defective goods will be repaired or exchanged as warranted. A

detailed description of the defect is required for all returned items, to

assist us in improving our products and service.

DAMAGES, DISCREPANCIES & LOST PACKAGES

Damages

Note This Music is not responsible for damages which occur during shipping. Refuse shipment if the package looks damaged or dented; however, if merchandise has already been received, contact Note This Music immediately and we will report a claim. A replacement will be sent once the claim is processed.

Discrepancies

In case of discrepancies, Note This Music must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Lost Packages

A physical address must be provided for all shipments. Note This Music is not responsible for lost packages.

WARRANTIES / REPAIR

• Any item found defective after 10 days may be returned at your expense for repair or credit on product only, at Note this Music’s discretion.

• Note This Music will honor all manufacturer warranties if reported within 10 days. Exceptions include mouthblown instruments and

electronics which must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

BRAND WARRANTIES

Adam Limited Warranty

All Adam products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase

against defects in workmanship and materials. If a product fails to function properly

within the warranty period, Adam will repair the product, and if repair is not possible, will

replace it. This warranty does not cover any consequential damages to the product or

instrument as a result of improper installation, misuse, mishandling (e.g. bending or twisting),

neglect or accident. Defective products returned for repair or replacement must be

shipped prepaid, and include a copy of the dealer’s invoice (Bill of Sale) as evidence of

date of purchase.

Amigo Limited Lifetime Warranty

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of this quality musical product, provided

the warranty registration card is filled out and returned within 10 days of purchase

date. We will replace or repair, at our discretion, this product with a new or reconditioned

product. It is understood that it is the buyer’s responsibility to return this item to the dealer

purchased from or to the address below, all postage and insurance being prepaid. This

warranty is null and void if this product has been tampered with, damaged by accident,

neglected or misused. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE NEGLECT. This warranty

is valid in the USA only. In some states you may have legal rights other than those

stated herein. Please see the products’ warranty card for further details.

Arbor Electric Guitars Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Arbor electric guitars are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials

for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser. Electronic components, tuning

machines, and case hardware are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of

original purchase. Repair service of defects covered by this warranty can be performed

only at an authorized service center as designated by Arbor. This warranty is null and void

if this product has been tampered with, damaged by accident, neglected, or misused.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE NEGLECT. Defective products returned

for repair or replacement must be shipped prepaid, and include a copy of the dealer’s

invoice (Bill of Sale) as evidence of date of purchase. Please see the product’s warranty

Barcus-Berry Limited Warranty

All Barcus-Berry products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase

against defects in workmanship and materials. If a product fails to function properly

within the warranty period, Barcus-Berry will repair the product, and if repair is not

All J. Reynolds electric guitars are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials

for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser. Electronic components,
